Which AI models does it use?
Models from Mistral AI, hosted in the European Union. We can switch providers without changing how the copilot works for you.
Can it be wrong?
Yes, like any AI. That's why every brewing number comes from the Mashwerk engine rather than the model, and why nothing changes until you approve it.
What does it see?
Only the data needed to answer your question. People are identified by internal IDs, never by name or email address.
Is it on by default?
No. You choose when you create your brewery, and you can switch it off at any time.
Does it cost extra?
No. Every plan includes a monthly allowance: light use on Free, regular use on Amateur+, heavy use on Brewery.
Is it clearly labelled as AI?
Yes. AI answers and proposals are always marked as such, in line with the transparency rules of the EU AI Act.
