Design a recipe from an idea
“A 5% hazy pale with what I have in stock.” It picks the style and equipment from the catalog, drafts the recipe and checks the engine's numbers against the style.
It reads your recipes, your equipment, your inventory and your fermenter's readings. It runs every number through the Mashwerk brewing engine. Then it proposes a change and waits for your OK.

My last IPA finished at 1.018 instead of 1.012. Why?
Apparent attenuation stopped at 71%, below the 78–82% expected for this yeast. The fermenter dropped to 62 °F on day 3, right when gravity flattened, and the 156 °F mash left more unfermentable sugar. Next time, mash at 150 °F and hold 67 °F.

Six things it already does for you.
“A 5% hazy pale with what I have in stock.” It picks the style and equipment from the catalog, drafts the recipe and checks the engine's numbers against the style.
“Make it 1% lighter, same bitterness.” You see every changed line, before and after, and apply it in one click.
“Why did I miss my OG?” It compares planned and measured values from your brew session and lists the likely causes.
“Is it done yet?” It reads your hydrometer data, reports attenuation and trend, and flags stalls or temperatures outside the yeast's range.
Paste a recipe from a forum or your notebook. It maps every ingredient to the catalog and proposes a clean Mashwerk recipe.
It adds what's missing to your shopping list and puts notes on your brewing calendar, as proposals you confirm.
Why you can trust its numbers.
Recipes, brew sessions, readings, inventory, calendar: only what the question needs, with internal IDs instead of names or emails.
Gravity, IBU, color, ABV and volumes come from the same engine as the rest of Mashwerk. The model never makes up a number.
Nothing is written directly. Every change is a proposal that shows exactly what would move.
Apply or discard. Every AI answer and action is labelled as AI and logged.

Prefer working in your own AI assistant? Mashwerk is an MCP server. Connect any MCP-compatible assistant to your brewery with a secure sign-in, and it gets the same tools, the same engine and the same rule: it proposes, you approve.
Models from Mistral AI, hosted in the European Union. We can switch providers without changing how the copilot works for you.
Yes, like any AI. That's why every brewing number comes from the Mashwerk engine rather than the model, and why nothing changes until you approve it.
Only the data needed to answer your question. People are identified by internal IDs, never by name or email address.
No. You choose when you create your brewery, and you can switch it off at any time.
No. Every plan includes a monthly allowance: light use on Free, regular use on Amateur+, heavy use on Brewery.
Yes. AI answers and proposals are always marked as such, in line with the transparency rules of the EU AI Act.

It works from what actually happened in your brew: the gravity you measured, the temperature your fermenter saw, the malt left on the shelf.
