Brew day, sorted.

Mashwerk sets your recipes up for your kit, talks you through brew day and keeps an eye on the fermenter, even when it lives in a cold garage.

Ask the copilot

  • Why was my OG 6 points low?
  • Fermenter's stuck at 1.020. What now?
  • Scale this to 23 litres on my BrewZilla
  • What can I brew from what's in stock?

Brewing's fun. Guesswork isn't.

Mashwerk handles the bits that usually go wrong.

OG low again?

Set up your kit once: boil-off, dead space, efficiency. Recipes scale to it, so brew day lands where you planned.

Cold garage, slow ferment?

Your hydrometer sends gravity and temperature to your phone, so you'll know the garage is too cold before the yeast gives up.

Recipe wants hops you haven't got?

Stock updates when you brew. Swap in what's on the shelf and the shopping list sorts itself.

Brew day chaos

A step-by-step brew sheet with timers for mash, boil and hop additions, on your phone, even without Wi-Fi in the shed.

Notes all over the place

Every brew keeps its recipe version, measurements and readings in one place, on your laptop and your phone.

Stuck with your software?

Your recipes are yours. Export the lot, free, on every plan.

Made for real brew days: in the brewhouse, the garage and the shed.

It suggests. You decide.

AI recipes tend to look fine until you check the numbers. Mashwerk's copilot works from your own recipes, kit and fermentation readings, runs every suggestion through proper brewing calculations and shows you exactly what would change. Nothing changes without your say-so.

  • Every number recalculated: no made-up hop bills
  • Based on your own brews, kit and stock
  • Off unless you switch it on
  • Connect your own AI assistant via MCP

Keep an eye on the fermenter from the sofa

Connect the hydrometer you already own. Gravity, temperature and attenuation come straight through next to your recipe, which is handy when the fermenter lives in the garage.

  • Tilt (via TiltBridge or TiltPi), iSpindel, GravityMon
  • Build-your-own ESP32 sensor
  • Import old readings from CSV

Bring every recipe you've ever brewed

Drop in your BeerSmith files. Recipes, folders, ingredients and equipment profiles come across with the same calculations, checked against your original numbers.

  • Nothing to retype
  • The same maths you already trust
  • Included on every plan, even Free

Questions

Is there really a free plan?

Yes, with no time limit: 15 recipes, 1 hydrometer, 90 days of readings, 2 members, and every calculation and tool. Export included.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. It's off unless you turn it on, and it never changes a recipe without your OK. Mashwerk works fully without it.

Metric or imperial?

Metric by default: litres, kilograms, °C, EBC. US units too, if you prefer. Each brewer picks their own.

Which hydrometers work?

Tilt (through TiltBridge or TiltPi), iSpindel, GravityMon and devices that send the Brewfather custom stream format, plus our DIY ESP32 sensor. You can also import CSV files.

Can I import my BeerSmith recipes?

Yes. Drop in your .bsmx files (recipes, ingredients and equipment) on any plan.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in France, in the EU. You can export all of it, any time, on every plan.
